HR ONBOARDING
The human resource are overseeing various aspect of employment as well as organising specific component of human resources services for the organisation. To simplify and integrate the personnel on-boarding process with hiring departments, my role is to provide an design concept on the activities of the HR personnel management which lead to a structured and systematic integration of new employees in the company. The onboarding process consists of three phases: Preparation, Orientation and Integration.The challenge of this project is to assign and determine the stage the task falls (preparation phase) and identify the responsible person/responsible department including notification of one or more due dates.

INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
Through the process, presenting the stage of the onboarding process allows user to get an overview what to expect and steps to take. Adding <status> feature allows user to know where they are in the process and if the step has been completed. The possibility to assign task to another team member add to the flexibility to continue the task by another user so the whole onboarding process can be completed successfully.
